Perhaps you mean with that book. But in case you mean
you want the right files and are not attached to that book:

See

  http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/zip-picker.html

There are a series of questions about what you would like to
accomplish. Then it builds a list of files to download.

You stick em all in one directory, the zipfiles and their(djgpp)
unzip.exe file. You download install.exe. 2Click on install.exe
and it unpacks a few files including *lbinstdj.exe* which puts
everything in the correct directory. Read the readme.txt
because there are maybe three questions you need to answer
(it will modify your auotexec.bat for you and set the registry)
during the install. This was very painless. And Rhide, which
is the IDE, produced a working version of Hello world! Presto

There is a C++ book by Bruce Eckel for free vol 1 & 2,
which is available for download. Al Stevens is a respected
C++ author found at a library. Perhaps you will be lucky and
somone will respond who has this book and made it work
but the method I offer is a certainty. There were about a dozen
files involved ranging from 1/2mb to 2 mb, 12.5 mb total.
