None that I know of.  Duplicating all those arcane quoting rules,
redirection and other effects and whatnot would probably not be worth
the possible gains.  One idea behind Bat2Exec, AFAIK, was that it
rendered the Batchfile unreadable for anybody but a guru.  On Unix,
you have proper file access privilege regulations for that.
