So what are your problems, specifically, which caused you to write this:

You seem to already know all the answers, and yet you still ask for
help in installing DJGPP on W2K?  Perhaps it will help if you say
what difficulties do you have.

We are working on that.  It's a lot of hard work, though; as we go, we
discover more and more things which are broken in W2K and need lots of
work-arounds to fix them.
