Not really, it actually explains the issue, if you read it carefully.

No, it says "You cannot time across two midnights".  Which is true and
accurate.

Note that ``polling often enough'' is not enough to be able to time
longer intervals.  You need logic to detect when the midnight has
passed, and correct the values accordingly.

In any case, patches to make the wording more clear are welcome.
