This is a sign that you unzipped the distribution with WinZip which puts 
the contents of each of the *.zip files into its own directory.  This 
disrupts the DJGPP directory tree structure, and that's why nothing works 
for you.

Solution: remove the entire installation (but keep the original *.zip 
files!), then download the unzip32.exe program from the URL below, and 
unzip everything again, this time using unzip32.
