And of course when you reply to a message, it says "post to all
groups?" and then displays a list of them all. At least Agent is
witful enough.

Users on the other hand....

Trust me, I work in investment banking. The other day, an IT support
colleague bought 10 million Euros of some bond at several cents off
market while supposedly testing a new software feature. The reason?
Failing to read the headers on the "are you sure" window, especially
the line that said "production" instead of "test". Fortunately for
him, the market rallied by 5pm....
