Some DOS4GW programs work under some versions of CWSDPMI. For example, at
one time I had several of the DOOM generation of games working under CWSDPMI.
It required some CWSDPMI hacks to work around bugs and improper DPMI calls.
I haven't had time to test it in years - so it seems that recent versions
don't work well (or don't work when nested).

If you run cwsdpmi before the DOS4GW program (just as 1 pass TSR...) does it
work or crash? What sort of crash?
