I was reiterating my own experience.  If you use Windows Explorer and drag and
drop a zip file onto unzip32.exe in a new directory (which is what I did, and
possibly what Nick did) then the file appears in the Windows directory (at
least on my machine with a default Windows 98 installation).  Try it and see!
