You have it backwards: unzip32 does NOT need -d, and it always unzips
the files into the directory where it is invoked.  WinZip, on the
other hand, has a few nasty surprises for the uninitiated, like an
option, which too many users seem to have activated, to unzip each
.zip file into its own directory.

It is much safer to use unzip32, especially since it always uses the
right mode wrt the long file name.
