I noticed the the announcement of ksh's source code release, about a year
ago.  Searched and found the following: http://www.kornshell.com/software/
It seems like a Win32 port exists.

Also, I found a slashdot response to this announcement that contained
favorable views of "zsh" as a ksh compatible.

I guess, if a DOS port is what you need, you may be out of luck.  But, if
a Windows port will do, you may have a few choices.
