There is the ksh version used by Linux, called 'pdksh'. But it hasn't
been ported to DOS, yet.  And given the amount of work that went into
porting Bash, and the relatively small (if any) advantage to be gained
by having two shells available instead of one, I have some doubts that
you'll find any volunteer to port it for you.

In other words: if you really want it, you'll probably have to port it
yourself, and it'll consume lot of time doing so.
