Try upgrading to gcc-2.95.3. 

I used '%sdjgpp.ver' in specs there, so no more direct lookup for 
../include/sys/version.h. Anyway expect to get a trouble with next 
versions of gcc ...

lib/djgpp.ver simply includes <sys/version.h>
