No --- you should upgrade straight to 2.03 :-)

From 2.00 to 2.03: just about all of them. Almost all packages have
been updated since the days of 2.00, most of them for good reasons.

If you think you can't stand the download time: try getting yourself a
CD snapshot of Simtel.Net. Walnut Creek used to do those.
