Yes, that's the fix.  R4 had a bug in the last page of address space when
mapping which would round up the end address to 0, and thus none of
the pages got mapped.

Add these together and you get 0 ...  This is one of the bugs fixed in
r5, per http://clio.rice.edu/cwsdpmi/r5change.txt
