You unzipped your installation incorrectly. There should be no subdirectory
'djdev203' or 'gcc2952b' --- probably you fell into the WinZip trap. It
tries to be overly helpful, by unpacking each .zip into a directory named
like the zip file. Deactivate that option, or use the recommended commandline
unzipper as suggested in README.1ST
