  gs -q -dNOPAUSE -sDEVICE=ljet4 -rNNNxMMM -sOutputFile=LPT2

You will have to figure out the NNNxMMM arguments (the resolution) 
yourself, using the Ghostscript docs and your printer's manual.  It's 
probably 600xSOMETHING.

(If you are on Windows, use gswin32c instead of gs.)
