Could you please see if this happens when you invoke Emacs with
"emacs -q"?  If it does, please do this:

   set EMACSTEST=c:/temp/emacs.log
   emacs -q

(any file will do instead of emacs.log).  Now type however long it
takes for Emacs to exit, and then send me the file emacs.log.  Also,
I'd like to know how many keystrokes, approximately, does it take
since the beginning of the session until Emacs exits.
