It's not hard: they just need to empty the "Cmd line" property.

But even if they leave that property inmodified, nothing really bad 
happens: at worst, Windows will have one more directory on its PATH and 
one more environment variable.  I don't see any problems with that, even 
if DJGPP's `bin' directory doesn't exist.

I meant the icon on the desktop, not the menu shortcut.
