Copy the file djgpp/gnu/bash-2.04/_inputrc to your home directory.

The Insert key does not have a binding, it should be possible to set one
in _inputrc.  

The only thing I have found a problem with is that cursor keys are not
being handled properly after a reverse search (Ctrl-r), they work fine
otherwise.
