Current versions of the DJGPP library don't support FAT32 drives,
except where FAT32 filesystems are backward-compatible with FAT16.
DOS functions issued by the library are limited to 2GB, so that's what
you see.

The development sources of the next version of DJGPP have code that
supports FAT32 volumes with special DOS functions introduced with
FAT32.
