Reading through this thread I realized I am not the only one having
problem with rhide and windows 2000.
my problems are exactly as stated in this thread.
1) rhide complains about environment variable djdir not exist
2) rhide cannot find any of its help files
the environment variable djgpp as seen from a DOS shell inside rhide is
DJGPP=D:\DEVTOOLS\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV
I tried use / instead of \, made no difference.
It seems rhide is not reading the djgpp.env file, which declares the
djdir variable.
If I set the variable manually, then RHIDe would start ok, but it
still can't find the help files.
compile on the command line works, and launching rhide from command
line yields the same result.
Any help is appreciated. I used djgpp and rhide a while back and it
all worked. (under NT4, with earlier version of rhide).
I will verify to see if it works with NT4 later.
