If you are going to upload a new version, may I suggest the following
as well?:

1. Include formatted man pages in the *b.zip. As there are no info
file it would be good with some documentation without having to
download and install the *d.zip.

2. I don't think config.cache should be in the *s.zip, in case
somebody has some slightly different setup.
