Oh, one caveat: the current version of Kpathsea is newer than 3.2, the
last version ported to DJGPP.  So it might happen that compiling and
linking against the DJGPP port of Kpathsea 3.2 will cause problems, if
dvispell uses functions that aren't available in version 3.2.  In that
case, you will have to find the sources of the latest Kpathsea and
compile them yourself.

CTAN sites is the right place to look for the latest Kpathsea.
