hello, i am wondering, how would I go about creating a *simple* timer
without using allegro to a game that I am writing, at the moment it runs
far too fast and I need to slow it down using a reasonable method
(counting to huge numbers obviously won't cut it) does not work I have
a book that deals with game development, but this specific portion is a
wee bit too complicated for moi.
