Try "gcc -ansi"

While not in the official documentation, it's fairly well-known.  If
you want to submit a patch to the documentation, please do.

DJGPP is compatible with Microsoft and Borland compilers, which also
define that symbol.  Or at least used to back when we last checked
them.
