If this is a Unix program, then I'm afraid you might be in deeper
trouble than you imagine: the DJGPP termios emulation doesn't support
communications ports, it only supports the console device.

Can you describe what does the program do?  If B115200 and other
parameters are used for the local terminal device, the DJGPP-compiled
program will probably work, perhaps with some minor tweaking.  For
example, for the console device it doesn't matter which Bnnnn
parameter do you use, since the DOS console isn't connected to the
COM port.

But if the program really sets up communication ports for
communicating with devices that aren't the local terminal, it won't
work when compiled with DJGPP.

The termios interface defines ICANON, not ICAN.
