Oops, please don't start discussion about the RHIDE built because of my
problem. I think there will be not much 'native thinking' people like me which
have a need to make it.

So Andris' information helped for the first.
Like the 'subfolder-build' of GDB (which finally resulted in a libgdb.a for
RHIDE which is 3 MB greater than the original one), I did this the same way for
RHIDE and that's how I get trapped with libgdb.h. Using 'make needed' libgdb.h
is built ! But this process is now stopped while building rhscreen.cc for
tvision. I have a problem with the previous declaration of gettext__ (conio.h
vs. intl.h). Think I must restart a clean gdb-built , because I have the idea
the wrong RHIDE-built changed something in GDB itself. (I remember to read
about a gettext-warning making GDB for a second time). Okay, I will do the
other things one more time more accurate. Andris, I haven't applied the diffs
for setedit and tvision, perhaps this is the reason for the gettext-problem.
(Are the diffs useful for the main problem ?)
At all these multi-port-source-makings are a new thing for me, so please
forgive me if I make some errors which look simple to you.
But now you know, why I'm fighting to keep RHIDE running (not only for
debugging) :))
I think there is no need to bother the newsgroup with more details until I'm
through. For now I'm very glad that you helped me at all !!!

Best regards
  Andy
