Did you ever see a port I've done that didn't have a README? ;-)

When I'll become the head maintainer for GDB, please come back and
remind me.  As things are, I was pointed to a directory where I was
told I could do anything I wanted, so I said thanks and put the files
there.

People who look for DJGPP-specific README files should grep the zip
contents for file names that include "djgpp".
