Well, to you this message is "annoying", others are delighted seeing
it, as it tells them that all is well, their program exited correctly.

Does running your program do anything with that file? If so, that may
be the cause of it. Either that, or it's overwriting memory in the DOS
arena which belongs to RHIDE...
