Copyright does not cover ideas.  It does cover text (including source
code), graphics, and sound.  IANAL, but all you need to do is put

  Copr. 2001 $(your name)

on your title screen, and you have a valid copyright notice.  For more
info, see http://lcweb.loc.gov/copyright/

Other countries shouldn't be that different.
