This means your DJGPP environment variable is not set correctly, or maybe 
you are using a wrong version of Make utility or a wrong preprocessor 
(cpp.exe).  For the latter two possibilities, make sure the DJGPP's bin 
subdirectory is at the beginning of your PATH, so that other compilers 
and utilities do not get in the way.
