First, check in the DOS-box the "set" or better "path" command. It must dump
to the screen all environment variables currently present in the system or
in case of "path", just this variable. If you don't see desired changes in
the PATH variable try to make changes to the c:\autoexec.bat file instead of
messing around with other stuff. This usually works perfectly.
