OpenGL is typically built on x86 platforms for either X-Windows (or whatever
linux uses) and windows as a dynamically loaded library.  It's not built for
DJGPP etc.

Also note that in order for OpenGL to be very useable you need hardware
drivers provided from your card maker.	So it's not likely that they have
DJGPP versions of their drivers sdks...
