Libpaper 1.04 is available from Simtelnet and its mirrors:

Libpaper is a gcc-library for storing and retrieving information about the paper. At present it
knows only about the papersize (A4, letter, etc), but it may be extended with e.g. paper
quality, color, and weight..If it is available on your system, it is used by the barcode
library.
