I assume these are linker errors, "unresolved reference" or something.
This would mean you aren't linking the Allegro library to your code.

Once you've compiled and installed Allegro according to the docs, you
should be able to add it to your project's list of libraries.
From the Options menu, choose Libraries... In the big text area, enter
  alleg
on one of the lines, and check the box immediately to the left.
Click OK and recompile.
