I have some questions about GRX font usage:

a) is there a free font editor for GRX fonts available
b) how can I save a GRX font generated by GrLoadConvertedFont() to a 'file.fnt'
c) how to use the output of GrDumpFont() properly
d) are there some more fonts of the family "PC<W>x<H>[t].fnt" available for GRX
   (I like that thin pc8x14t.fnt :-)
