Using Windows98 My first use of rhide. Loaded a very very simple test C++ program (asks for temperature in degF and converts to degC). Compiled successfully with the "Compile" menu in rhide, and the .exe runs correctly with no errors if I run it from the command line in a separate DOS window. _But_ two problems trying to run it from inside rhide from the "Run" menu. 1) a message box appears reporting error code -1, and the program does not run 2) when I exit rhide using "File/Exit", about 20 lines of error messages type on the rhide desktop screen, which I cannot report to you in more detail because then I have the pleasure of seeing my system do a hard reboot. Any ideas? Is there a less buggy older version? Am I doing something wrong? Please cc your reply to my email address. Thanks K Black
