Is the second report of something like this.

1) Try to force RHIDE to use BIOS for keyboard, see the command line options.
2) Disable *any* resident you have running.
3) If you are using Win9x then press Ctrl+Alt+Del and take a look to the tasks
you have running. Disable any task that isn't needed to work. A Win95 box just
needs "Explorer" and "Systray" to be usable.

If after all of this you still having problems give more information.
If something of it fixes your problem please post it so we can add it to a
"trouble shooting" text.
