Sorry, yes, gcc 2.9; I was thinking of the lib and inc directories I was
hunting around in, and that's the number that popped into my head.

I honestly didn't think anyone would know what WATT-32 is. I guess I
shoulda' posted the whole story after all. :p  I'll have to do so from my
work machine tomorrow afternoon.
