This may have been the point you got it wrong. WinZip has a nasty default
of unzipping every package into a separate directory named like the package.
What does

	dir c:\djgpp\bin

print?

This means that either the PATH wasn't really set, or the files didn't
end up in the right directories. Please also show us the contents of a file
'env.txt' generated by the command:

	set > env.txt
