To be serious I guess one possible way to at least partially workaround
these problems is by avoiding to invoke DJGPP apps using DOS interrupt but
to use procedures from v2load.c instead (they are normally used to load
DJGPP application in debugger). This perhaps could help also to avoid
descriptor leak problems under Win9X. However this would require both
coding and serious tesing and I cannot tell now which problems we could
met ...
