i have djgpp installed and working properly (so far). i've tested it by
compiling a simple cin/cout program, and everything works fine, but i want
to use allegro. the readme.txt for allegro says to go to the allegro
directory and type 'make'. i do this:

D:\junk\prog\cpp\djgpp\ALLEGRO>make
Compiling Allegro. Please wait...
gcc -I. -Isrc -Iobj/djgpp -Wall -Wno-unused -m486 -O3 -ffast-math -fomit-
frame-pointer -s -o obj/djgpp/asmdef.exe src/asmdef.c

it crashes ntvdm.exe, or causes a gpf

btw, i'm using windows 2000 professional, if that matters

thanks in advance,
peace,
broaf
