The Allegro headers are wrapped with extern "C" { ... } when compiled
as C++, but they aren't const correct until version 3.9.33.

You will have some problems building a form with C++ (you'll need
typecasts to (void *) all over) but there are some C++ wrappers for
the Allegro form system.
