In the past, at least one person posted to the DJGPP news group that
some freely-available version of Lint was ported.  I suggest to search
http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/mail-archives/ for "lint".

Also, please note that GCC has many warning options that bring it very
close to what Lint does.
