I installed the DJGPP files from a CD-ROM I got with a book. I followed the 
directions for installation: I created a folder called DGJPP directly under 
C:\, then I copied and unzipped the files from the CD-ROM into this folder, 
then I added the 2 lines to the autoexec.bat file. The lfn in djgpp.env was 
set to 'y'. However, when I restarted my computer it said "Unable to load 
Windows, cannot find win.com".
Luckily, I was able get into windows, I deleted the 2 lines from the 
autoexec.bat file and restarted my computer, then it loaded Windows 
correctly.
Does this affect the way Windows start?

Please help!!
