Look in the redist directory of the libsocket distribution. For 0.8.0 pre
1, it'll be here:

    $DJDIR/contrib/ls080p1/redist

There are documents, executables for distribution with programs that use
libsocket. These explain how to set up your computer to use libsocket. I'd
welcome comments on these docs from users "in the field".
