How about MinGW?
There are a number of utilities (txtutils, fileutils) compiled with
MinGW. Do I have to invoke a DOS box to use them? What is then the point
to have them compiled in this other way. Or is there a bash for them,
using e.g.
msvcrt.dll ??
Thank you for any help.
