Open a DOS box and go to that folder in a DOS box, like this:

     cd c:\djgpp
     c:

Then type "set > env.txt", press [Enter], and post here the contents
of the file env.txt created by that command.

Next, type "dir", press [Enter], and post here what does this print.

Then someone will help you to figure out this problem.
