Please always tell what version of gccNNNb.zip and gppNNNb.zip do you 
have installed.

FWIW, I don't see any feature.h file inside gpp2952b.zip.  Are you sure 
it comes from a DJGPP distribution?

Also, is it possible that you have another compiler, apart of DJGPP, 
installed on that machine?
