The linker looks for a file called libgcc.a, but cannot find it.  Do
you have this file anywhere on your system?

Section 8.2 of the DJGPP FAQ list might help you solve this problem.

If you still cannot figure this out, add -v to the compilation
switches and post here everything that the compiler prints.
